Russ has been in consultancy work for the past 10 years, spending 8 of those years with PwC HR Consulting where he focused on organisational development and change management. As an expert facilitator, with a particular emphasis on coaching and leadership development, Russ worked with clients to effect deep personal change in order to deliver organisational change. He has worked in a variety of settings: leadership and change agent development programmes, IT implementations and post merger integration. Russ combines a self-effacing personality with an underlying passion and energy to achieve results.

As a coach, Russ works individually with senior managers and executives to help them identify and address development needs and increase their impact and delivery. He also works with groups of managers and executives to address team issues that undermine organisational performance. Russ is an accredited Fierce Conversations™ facilitator, which works to transform organisations, “one conversation at a time”.

Clients span across the industries from the public sector, telecoms, retail banking, insurance and professional services to entrepreneurs. These have included Royal Mail, Transport for London, Orange, Esso, Seagram, United News & Media, Nationwide, British American Financial Services, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Equitas, PricewaterhouseCoopers, The Church of England and several charities. Russ is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and he is an accredited practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI™), Kirton Adaptation Innovation Inventory (KAI™) and the BarOn Emotional Intelligence Quotient.
