Shocking is led by Adam Bonner (pictured, left), who currently serves as the DYO for London South East division. He is passionate about youth, building community, growing himself and others in faith and seeing the world know God.

Richard Proctor has worked in the ALOVE office for the past two years as the Youth Work Development Manager and has a real heart for seeing leaders trained and released to live out their part of the body of Christ. His role at Shocking involves overseeing the team, and empowering leaders with an extremely diverse range of gifts.

Jo Taylor (pictured, right) has served on the Shocking team for six years and currently serves as the Personal Development and Strategy Training Coordinator in the ALOVE office. She is passionate about seeing young people realise their potential and equipping them to use this potential for the Kingdom.

Tim Miller, originally from the United States Eastern territory, is the DYO for London Central division and leads a youth project in Tottenham with his wife Jamie. He has a passion to see young people make a deeper commitment to Christ and to mission which he hopes to see expressed through the Deeper Venue.

Chris Tidd has recently moved to the UK as part of the Timothy programme run through ALOVE UK. He originated from Canada, where he has developed skills as a worship leader, which he hopes to hone and expand while in the UK. He is passionate about mission and renewal for youth within the Salvation Army in Canada and the world. He will be facilitating a new venue at Shocking this year called 'Create.'

Matt Perkins will be running the Sports programme at Shocking this year, as it is the perfect fit for his passion of seeing young people come to faith through sport. He currently in the Timothy programme and based at Sutton corps.
