ROOTS delegate registration takes place starting at 2.00 p.m. on the Friday afternoon in the Southport Floral Hall, click here for map. All you need to register is your booking ID number, which can be found on your confirmation letter that was sent to you either by email or post once your ROOTS 05 registration was completed. At registration you will pick up a wristband to get you in and around the event as well as a delegate pack including an Event Guide with all the information you will need about the weekend. The ROOTS registration team will be available to check you in throughout Friday evening.

All adult Friday evening sessions as well as the Shocking (Youth Venue) Friday evening session start at 7.15 pm. Both the children and crèche venue’s open for registration at 6.45 pm.

Delegate Services will also be based in the Floral Hall across from the registration table and will be available to assist you in locating lost and found items, translation and sign language services, information about Southport and maybe a treat or two! Don’t forget to use the Delegate Message Board, if you wish to leave messages for other ROOTS delegates throughout the weekend.
