Q: What Should
I Expect from the location? Or How Do I Get Around?
ROOTS runs six different venues with
a variety of styles of worship. As ROOTS continues to
grow, our venues continue to expand across Southport.
This may entail quite a lot of walking if you wish to
attend the different venues. Closer to the event a map
indicating the location of the different venues will
posted on our website; you will also receive one with
your event guide that you will collect when you register.
(For more information on the different venues please
see the Programme

Q: What
Programming is Available for my Children?
We offer age specific venues for those
from 8 weeks – 18 years. The crèche is
run by professional caregivers that provide a safe and
friendly service for 8 weeks – 4 years. This will
be available for both the morning and the evening services.
The Kids Marquee is provided for 5
– 11 year olds. This fun interactive programme
is run by a team of people passionate about seeing children
grasp a real and tangible Jesus. The Kids Marquee is
right beside the Adult Big Top Marquee and is run during
the adult morning, afternoon and evening sessions. At
both the Crèche and the Kids Marquee, children
can be signed in 15 minutes prior to session starting
times.
The Shocking Event is run for 12 –
18 year olds, and a team of youth workers who intend
to see a generation in love with Jesus spend time with
our teens to deepen their faith. It is a full programme
hosted on a separate park site. Under 18’s who
would like to attend the adult venues are welcome to
do so at their own leisure. Those over 18 who would
like to participate or view the above mentioned venues
must sign in at a registration desk within the specific
venue.
