ROOTS - An Event for All

We are seeking to make ROOTS 05 accessible to everyone. There is level access, wheelchair accessible toilets; braille and large print materials are available; a loop is provided and sessions will be interpreted in BSL.

• parking will be available for blue badge holders
• there is level access throughout the whole event
• wheelchair accessible toilets are available at every venue
• for those using electrical wheelchairs and will need to recharge the battery of the chairs please go to the delegate services desk in Floral Hall at the event in order to be able to do so
• if the above service is required, if possible, please contact the ROOTS office in advance to let them know of your need

• BSL interpreters for Deaf people will be provided in the Big Top venue, please use the seats reserved for this service; if you are not sure where these seats are please see one of our stewards
• a loop is provided where possible for those who are hard of hearing, if you wish to use this please see one of our stewards who will escort you to the appropriate place

• the event guide will be provided in braille at the delegate services desk at the Floral Hall for those who require it
• large print song words will also be available from the desk
• if you require either of the above, if possible, please contact the ROOTS office in advance to let them know of your need
