CAMPSITE - Terms and
Conditions

| 1. |
Campers must be registered delegates
of ROOTS 2005 |

| 2. |
Campsite places must be booked
and paid for in full at time of booking. |

| 3. |
If booking is cancelled before
April 1, 2005 a maximum of 50% of the site fee will be
refunded. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs
after this date. |

| 4. |
ROOTS, The Salvation Army and
it’s staff and volunteers accept no responsibility
for injury caused intentionally or accidentally within,
or outside the defined grounds of the campsite. Anyone
found to have intentionally harmed or injured another
person on site will be asked to leave and may be identified
to the police. |

| 5. |
ROOTS, The Salvation Army and
it’s staff and volunteers accept no responsibility
for theft of, or damage to, property during your stay
on the ROOTS Campsite. Anyone found to have caused damage
to the campsite, campsite buildings or other campers property
or to have stolen property will be required to pay for
damage or property replacement, asked to leave the site
and may be identified to the police. |

| 6. |
ROOTS will allocate a non-negotiable
location for each pitch booked. |
| |
| 7. |
A maximum of eight people may
occupy a pitch. Only one tent or caravan is allowed per
pitch. All tents/caravans must be at least 3 metres away
from all surrounding structures when in position.

| 8. |
A Family Campsite and Shocking
Tent Village pitch is defined as a reasonable space allocated
by ROOTS. Upon request, two adjacent pitches can be booked
next to each other in order to pitch a larger tent (maximum
occupancy eight people). |

| 9. |
No drugs, alcohol or any other
type of intoxicating substances are allowed on site. We
reserve the right to refuse entry to the site to anyone
who appears to be intoxicated or deemed dangerous to other
campers or campsite property. |

| 10. |
ROOTS, The Salvation Army and
it’s staff and volunteers reserve the right to refuse
entry or evict campers at any time, specifically if the
behaviour of campers is deemed inappropriate. |

| IMPORTANT |
| 11. |
Parents and legal guardians of
campers staying in the Shocking Tent Village understand
and agree that supervision of persons under the age of
18 is not the responsibility of ROOTS, The Salvation Army
or it’s staff and volunteers. Contact details and
accommodation information of a supervising adult who will
also be attending the event must be supplied at the time
of booking. ROOTS will endeavour to provide and facilitate
a safe camping environment. |

By booking a pitch on the ROOTS
campsite you agree to all of the terms and conditions,
and rules and regulations. |
