:: INFORMATION ::

CAMPSITE - Rules and Regulations

1. All tents and caravan must be pitched as directed by the Campsite Team.
 
2. There must be at least 3 metres clearance in all directions from other units- Any person pitching a unit closer than 3 metres will be asked to move it immediately.
 
3. Do not enter or cross any area marked out of bounds by fencing or hazard tape.
 
4. Vehicles are not allowed on the grass AT ANY TIME including unloading and loading.
 
5. The campsite will be a traffic free zone from 8pm Friday to 8am Monday (except authorised site and emergency vehicles). A car park inside the main gates is provided and this area will be monitored 24 hours a day. Owners of vehicles parked without permission will be asked to leave.
 
6. No open fires are allowed in any area.
 
7. Barbeques are allowed ONLY if they are on an appropriate stand and not directly on the grass. If the grass is damaged by your barbeque then you will be charged for the repair. Spot fines will be issued for bad barbeque etiquette.
 
8. No cooking inside your tent.
 
9. Should you discover a fire, sound the alarm and notify the Campsite or Security Team immediately.
 
10. Please show care and consideration for everyone on site and those visiting the event.
 
11. Please be quiet at night. If you want to stay up late please respect those who are trying to sleep, especially workers and those with young children. Please remember noise carries a long way across the campsite at night.
 
12. Curfew will be between 12 am and 6 am. Between these times everyone will be expected to be quiet and in their own accommodation.
 
13. Children under the age of 16 are the responsibility of their parents or carers at all times except for organised children’s activities.
 
14. No drugs on site, except prescribed medication.
 
15. No alcohol on site.
 
16. Anyone who is intoxicated will be refused access to the site.
 
17. Wristbands must be worn at all times.
 
18. Carry your valuables with you. Any valuables left in accommodation or cars are left at your own risk.
 
19. Litter must be placed in the bins provided not thrown around the site.
 
20. No rollerblading, skateboarding or cycling on site (except authorised site vehicles).
 
If you fail to abide by these rules you may be required to leave the site.
 
The Camping Centre
The Camping Centre is the place to go, on-site, for all your camping related queries. At the Camping Centre you will be able to ask questions, report problems or share good news. If your need is urgent and the Camping Centre is unmanned, any steward/member of security will be able to help 24 hours.
In case of emergency please refer to the First Aid team.
