ROOTS adheres to The Salvation Army's (UK) policy on privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to register you and your party for the ROOTS event and to communicate with you about ROOTS and other ROOTS related or ROOTS endorsed initiatives. We will not sell, trade or rent this information to other organisations.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you book online, we ask for a variety of information (including names, addresses, birthdates, contact numbers and email) about you and your party. This allows us to book you into the relevant programme at ROOTS. We may also use the information we collect to notify you occasionally about other ROOTS initiatives and events or events endorsed by ROOTS.

Will ROOTS disclose information it collects to outside parties?
We do not and will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. We may use your information to provide aggregate statistics about our browsers, customers, sales, traffic patterns and related information for site improvement, event feedback and development and internal use, but these statistics will not include any personally identifying information.

Your consent
By using our website, booking online and booking by filling in a booking form, you consent to the collection and use of your account information by ROOTS (as part of The Salvation Army UKT). As mentioned above, this account information does not include credit card details. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always aware what information we collect and how we use it.

You are entitled to have your details removed or amended at anytime from our records. In choosing to be removed from our database, you will also void your booking for ROOTS and any other ROOTS-related event.
