TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT
The full ticket price is due at the time of booking.

FAMILY TICKET
Enables up to 2 parents (or guardians) and their children (aged 18 and under) to attend ROOTS 05. A maximum of 4 children and a total of 6 people may be registered on a Family Ticket. All delegates registered on a Family Ticket must belong to the same immediate family. The names (and Date of Birth if 18 and under) of all family members attending must be listed in Section B.

CONCESSIONS
Available for students, unemployed, single parents, officers, cadets, and senior citizens.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations before 23 March 2005 will be subject to a cancellation fee of £20 per person. Refunds on any ticket type are not available after 23 March 2005.

TRANSLATION
Where possible we provide translation services. Please indicate in Section B if you require translation and in what language.

HEARING IMPAIRED
We provide signing for the hearing impaired. Please indicate in Section B if anybody in your group requires this service.

SPONSORSHIP
For many years now we have been able to provide free places for people who would otherwise be unable to afford to come to the event. You can help us by sponsoring a delegate. Simply indicate the amount of your donation in Section C.
